BENTO BREAKFAST

Every once in a while and on request we do bento breakfast.  Todays was Japanese/French Fusion.

Menu:  Misoyake Salmon, Mizuna tossed w/ponzu & topped w/shredded raw beet.  Wasabi deviled eggs, squash w/umeboshi plum sauce and miso soup.  On the side,  sticky buns made w/croissant dough and a bowl of fresh strawberries.
